Spellbinders Dumpster Fire

Hello Crafty Friends! I know that I haven’t been too active lately, and I apologize about that. I’ve been taking some time to get my crafty mojo back, and what better way to do that than playing with this fun, snarky set from Spellbinders! Not too many people know me personally, but I’m all about the snark, and I love this set! Let’s go ahead and run through the details!

NOTE: all supplies are linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this blog post.

I began this project by die cutting the pieces of the Dumpster Fire from various colors of cardstock from my stash. I did some ink blending on the fire pieces before assembling everything using liquid glue.

My background was cut using the Nested Postage Label and Tags set, and splattered with the same inks that I used for the ink blending. I stamped the sentiment on the panel using VersaFine Onyx Black ink, heat set it using Ranger Clear Embossing Powder and adhered the dumpster using thin foam squares. The panel was then adhered to the card base using regular foam tape for even more dimension.

That does it for this project. I think it’s a fun project, and I can’t wait to create more! Thanks for joining me today, and I hope you have a spectacular day!
